  8. The 'comm' command sends a text-string via <interface>.  This can
  9. be used to send straight text to a TNC still in native TAPR
  10. command mode during NOS startup.

  12. Note that the string is enclosed by double quote characters to
  13. preserve spaces, tabs etc.
